You will be based at Electrolux HQ in Stockholm at Kungsholmen. Our Headquarters in Stockholm is an amazing and unique place to work and grow! Over 1000 professionals and 75+ nationalities shape living for the better every day.
At Electrolux we shape living for the better. Your contribution to this is to deliver embedded electronics systems within Wellbeing segment covering products like vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, connectivity solutions or other small domestic appliances.
In this position you are expected to guide others within your field of experience and communicate technical solutions to people with other technical background as well as non-technical background.
Focus will be on ability and willingness to have a leading role in the product development.
Responsibilities:
· Be a part of the product development within Electrolux Wellbeing Embedded technology team with focus on the embedded electronics design
· Develop and improve embedded hardware solutions for products in the Electrolux Wellbeing field, such as vacuum cleaners, battery vacs, air purifiers etc.
· Implement new, cost effective and robust electronic hardware designs
· Maintain and improve way-of-working, development process and documentation
· Support in the development of embedded software solutions and test applications
· Support test setups for hardware system test and product test
· Support the maintenance of existing products
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor degree in Electronic engineering
· Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded/analog/power designs
· Preferred experience of OrCad and/or Allegro EDA
· Proven working experience in projects and willingness to take on a leading position in project
· Good analytical and presentation skills
· Experience of working with development tools such as PLM, Bugzilla, Jira etc is an advantage
· Strong knowledge in electronics production and test
