We are now looking for a Country Logistics Development Manager to our Swedish Supply Chain department. As a Logistics Development Manager, you lead and participate in projects and programs that can secure integration of our Logistics. You will develop our New Lean Logistics ways of working together with your operational peers and our internal and external Logistics partners.
The main responsibilities in this position are:
Proactively identified by short-term and long-term areas for improvement in the flow of goods.
Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
Work and lead change projects linked to flow and process improvements.
Support the organization with analysis and follow-up.
Create a problem-free flow in the development process from vision, goals, through strategy and operational development to requirements and later introduction and evaluation.
Develop, implement, and follow KPI´s that will ensure our E2E success in our Logistics Operations.
Lead the implementation of New Logistics partners as we develop and evolve our Logistics capabilities.



Your location will be in one of our offices in Sweden and you will be working in Packaging Materials Division. You will report to Supply Chain Logistics Manager, Sweden. We apply hybrid way of working meaning that in this position you can work flexible remotely and in the office. This position requires some travelling.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person, who have a minimum of 5 year of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain or in Logistics and some experience in business analysis and program management. We see that you have the ability to improve with advanced methods and have understanding of different transport models. You have high analytical ability. Your proficiency is based on a bachelor or higher degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics of Business administration.
As a person you are a good team player who have the willingness to take initiative to proactively provide solutions. We value your ability to prioritize and make decision even when the information is incomplete and time limited. You are result oriented with pro-active mindset and have customer focus attitude. You always listen and hear people out and with your great problem-solving skills you see changes as new possibilities. You are a great communicator, and you communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Simulations tools and Celonis will be a big advantage.

As a SC Logistics Development Manager, you have the opportunity to take on a wide role with a lot of responsibility, where you get to see and learn from all phases in the different processes. You co-operate with sourcing, logistics service providers and mills to ensure that business is developing according to our New Lean Logistics way of working.
