Development Manager Finance

Neova is an international company whose business goal is to ensure the basic conditions of life for everyone: clean food, air and water. With our business operations, we promote professional breeding and horticulture, the construction of attractive and pleasant habitats, and the welfare of animals. We offer our customers local fuels and manufacture activated carbon for air and water purification.
We are now looking for a Development Manager, Finance to join our Group Finance and Business Control team. The location of this position can be in Jyväskylä, Vantaa, De Lier, Venlo, Örebro or Pärnu.
You are responsible for ensure group level finance development practices are in place, increases awareness and actively finds development areas for Neova Finance and best-practice solutions. You direct and develop Group-level reporting development roadmap and execute it by taking part in each step of the process and build holistic understanding from beginning to the end-result.
Success in this position requires active cooperation with a wide array of stakeholders to drive advance the process development, reporting and analytics vision and to drive adoption of Finance solution at Neova Group.
Job requirements
Owner of Group finance process and reporting development roadmap, drives PMO of Finance development initiatives;
Drive finance development projects from planning to implementation, such as implementing new tools for finance processing and driving changes in our ways of working and finance processes as part of the end-to-end process chains (Actively participate in designing and defining best solution for the purpose);
Support the finance organization in defining actionable development initiatives, by developing reporting solutions to automate and streamline processes within the Finance organization;
Taking finance team ownership of data warehouse development for financial reporting purposes – collaboration with the ICT team;
Participation in forming group level financial concepts, development projects and driving the implementation projects; and
Set direction, prioritize, and support project managers in development projects. Project management when required.
Our company language is English so the requirement for this role is fluent written and spoken English. And fluent Dutch/Swedish/Finnish/Estonian/German is considered as an advantage.
