BNP Paribas Cardif is now searching for a Development manager to our Nordic organization.
You will contribute to the efficiency and sustainability of the information systems on functional and technical aspects; considering our business strategy, technical options and norms and standards. Mission
We are expanding our development team and looking for bright and innovative manager that wants to be part of team and interested to lead development team. He/She will support highly complex systems for scalability, including integration, security, multithreaded design, distributed computing, high volume transaction processing, logic mobility, automation. This individual provides input regarding Run, future direction, performing design and implementation of global infrastructure initiatives within IT team.
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy & high-level implementation plans for development team, validate business proposition of this technology; evaluate currently deployed services & develop plan to optimize delivery.
Good understanding of complex requirements; and design, develop, and implement applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools.
Extensive experience on architecture build and maintain software products
Direct the design and development team to design, code, integrate, and test all software to meet the requirements of the applicable development efforts in accordance with the approved design.
Coordinate with the team and compile weekly/monthly status reports
Develop integrations/extensions with our Nordic partners.
Leading development team to develop and deliver technology solutions that maximize the customer experience and to lead and perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.


Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following:
Minimum of 5 years Practical experience with Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
Expert knowledge of object oriented concepts and implementation
Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Technologies such as .NET and C# , including APIs and Web services
Exemplary experience with MSSQL and TSQL and maintenance of complex stored procedures.
Familiarity with Windows services and Internet Information Services (Web Server)
Knowledge of design patterns
Passionate about creating solutions with the proper software patterns and SOLID design principles.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. self-directed individual; ability to balance and prioritize competing requirements
Strong Team interaction, driven and engage.
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and effectively
Fluency in English written and verbal communication


Good to have qualification:
Datasmart / datawarehouse development and maintenance
SAS knowledge
PowerBI and SSRS
Minimum of 5 years' experience with leading/management of software development team.
Communication in Nordic language.
