We are looking for a Software Team Lead to join our Core Betting Team in Stockholm. This team is responsible for building the transactional bet placement and settlement systems that power our Sports Platform.

What you’ll do
You’ll develop people and teams through coaching, mentoring, and management
You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition team to hire and onboard talented Engineers
You’ll work closely with your team and external stakeholders to enable sustainable, effective delivery
You’ll facilitate collaboration with product managers to solve problems across our platform
You’ll help grow the technical expertise of your team



Who you are
You are an Engineering Manager for teams building highly transactional systems
You’ll ideally possess a software development background
You are passionate about transformational leadership and invested in developing both great engineers and great teams
You are able to apply agile and lean principles to solve problems at any scale
