To our client in Solna we are looking for at technical team leader.
Tasks & responsibilities
Lead the web development team
Take care of backlog refinement and prioritization of stories
Write stories for development
Be the connecting link between the web team and the business
Keep tight cooperation and dialogues with stakeholders and other interested parties
Follow up of budget
Prepare and head steering group meetings
Represent and take part in preparational meetings for projects, initiatives, new functionalities etc
Keep track of stories, aligning with other parties etc


Education
At least University/Collage Education


Required experience / expertise
Used to agile way-of-working using Scrum methodology
Extended experience of web development
Good communication skills
Social skills


Meritorious experience / expertise
Technically interested
Curious
Knowledge of GDPR


Other personal characteristics beyond competences
Social and engaged personality
