Visma Spcs is looking for a new Web Developer with responsibility for leading the marketing web development team.

The team implements and follow up the digital marketing strategy for Visma Spcs. We are looking for an eager and dynamic person who is structured and solution focused with the ability to lead a team and to build sustainable relationships and solutions. You will work closely with the Conversion & Web Development team, including Digital Designer and Conversion Expert as well as the Corporate Marketing Team in Visma Spcs, Sweden.

Qualifications:

Team focus and genuine interest in software development
Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others
Ability to lead a team - delegate and prioritize activities
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks
Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies such as Scrum.
Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
Minimum Bachelor's degree
3 years experience from professional web development
Service oriented and self-driven
Proactively identify actions to improve
Good knowledge of responsive design and mobile frameworks for web

IT Skills:

Excellent knowledge of C#, .Net and SQL
Excellent knowledge of architectures and website platforms based on EPI-Server and Commerce
Previous data integration experience based on REST-API solutions
Good knowledge of scalability, performance analysis and optimization
Familiar with software structures based on "Model, View, Controller"
Familiar with front end technologies, like CSS and Javascript (including frameworks: jQuery, Bootstrap)
Experience of implementation of monitoring in web solutions and improve end-user experience
