About the role
We are looking for a talented, committed and goal-oriented Development Team Manager who wants to drive development and growth.

Our product development department acts as a SaaS supplier to all of the companies in the Odevo group and several other players in the industry. The department consists of about 35+ people in Stockholm and London. As our department continues to grow in Sweden and internationally, you will play an important role by developing talent and building teams.

As Development Team Manager, you will have personnel responsibility for a team that consists of backend, frontend and fullstack developers as well as UX / UI Designers, QA and Product Owner.

You will:
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Recruit new employees
- Be responsible for development projects and resource planning
- Support your Product Owner with backlog planning
- Follow up on KPIs in order to ensure the quality and efficiency
- Be involved in international projects with teams from various Odevo companies


Who you are
In your managerial role, you are structured, results-oriented, and find it easy to engage with employees. You are confident, mature and self-assured in your leadership and have the ability to make thoughtful and proactive decisions. You are motivated by seeing individuals grow and enjoy analyzing and evaluating problems on a strategic level.

Experience
- You have had personnel responsibilities before, and experience in both operational and strategic leadership.

- You have experience leading development teams.

- You have worked proactively with recruitment.
- You have broad experience working as a developer and you enjoy leading and coaching teams.
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.


Location
The Stockholm office or fully remote.
