WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who have an excellent understanding of all people related processes and what impact they have on the co-worker and customer when taking decisions and actions. You are experienced in process design principles but also how to digitalise People & Culture.
It is important that you are experienced with project management both in methods and tools. You have strong change management skills and high ability leading in the unknown. To collaborate, build relationships across the organisation and influence by using good communication and negotiation skills is something you really like doing. You can also apply analytical process-oriented thinking including planning and maintaining work process.
To succeed as a Development & Transformation Leader you need:
• minimum of 5 years’ experience at Senior Retail Management Level role.
• Extensive experience in managing change and transformation.
• Proven senior indirect leadership skills.
• Self-driven and self-organized.
• Fluent written and spoken English

As a Development & Transformation Leader you will drive a modern, lean and agile IKEA Ingka fit for growth through the People Operations Transformation (POT).
POT is an end-to-end transformation, addressing processes, ways of working, digitalisation and centralising the transactional work. Through POT we will improve co-worker experience, deploy digital tools, secure compliance and support our business with insights and analytics, all key components for business success.
This job is about leading and managing the change to deliver results through our values – business and people together. To deliver result in time, cost and scope whilst controlling risk, securing communication and achieving high quality and manage change.
Amongst many tasks you will:
• Lead and deliver Organisation Design Process
• Set-up and secure the necessary guidelines, principles, parameters, templates
• Being Responsible for implementation of new P&C country blueprint and FTE efficiency
• Identify future competence needs
• Secure effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Responsible to clarify and decide on conceptual questions
• Secure professional execution of P&C transformation activities in line with our IKEA culture and values and people principles.
• Align with all transformation initiatives within POT
You will report to P&C People Group Functions Manager.
