Device Centre of Excellence
Hays Life Sciences is now looking to recruit a Device Project Coordinator join the Device Centre of Excellence for a contract assignment starting as soon as possible until 2022-12-23 at AstraZeneca in Södertälje.
We are looking for a colleague to the Device Centre of Excellence within Technical Operations, Science &Innovation (TOSI), in PT&D. This is an opportunity for you who would like develop further in the device area and work close with our internal partner GES and our external component suppliers.
It is a temporary assignment, ending Dec 23, 2022.
The Device Centre of Excellence (CoE) ensures reliable technical support to all devices on market. It includes expert technical support within device design and material selection, device manufacturing and testing, post markets surveillance and compliance to current legislations.
The Device CoE today is an established team of 23 device technical leads and experts. One has left for parental leave and we are looking for deputies.

Device Project coordinator
* You will coordinate inhalation device projects and work close together with one of our suppliers and the Manufacturing Leads within the team.
* The work will include, but will not be limited to
* Together with project managers, follow up on progress in all on-going projects incl payments, risks etc.
* Review overall plans with component suppliers
* Project manage minor investment projects.
* Be the point of contact for Global External Sourcing/Supply Chain Lead for the different inhalation devices On-Market projects in your portfolio with primary focus on budget follow up.
Essential requirements
* Key competence is to keep multiple tasks under control. You need to have a "can do" attitude with experience of delivering successful projects/activities on time.
* Fluent in English
Desired requirement
* Experience in plastic component manufacturing and assembly.
* Experience from combination product or medical device design or manufacturing.
