About this opportunity
PDU PC R&D environments are responsible for assuring a highly available Engineering Environment for the development of PDU PC products, including Responsibility for building systems, integration and tools needed for developers, and early test phases. In our responsibility, you can find an infrastructure for central build systems and visualization tools showing software development progress and quality with the ambition to support a lean software development practice.


We are now looking for a Continuous Integration Architect with telecom business experience who wants to further learn and grow with us.


What will you do
Drive the architectural work related to CI within PDU PC Engineering Environment in close cooperation with our team architects. You will:


Lead and coordinate the architectural work for our CI solutions
Maintain broad PDU PC product knowledge
Provide technical background/base for overall strategic decision by E3 LT
Handle interaction with DGs as well as PDU-external partners/interfaces (ex ADP).
Spread the knowledge of the CI EE architecture, its evolution plan and guidelines



You will bring
If you have previous Ericsson Packet core experience as a senior developer and design architect, you are welcome to us. And if you have worked in a Telecom company and have the network, code and architecture knowledge is an advantage and will benefit you when searching for the position.
Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Algorithms or equivalent
Experience as a lead architect
Good knowledge of PDU PC products and a good understanding of the development flow
Good knowledge in Tool development, Continuous Integration, Build systems, and automation.
Good communications skills
Systematic way of thinking, understanding of software life cycle management
