In the infrastructure team we take ownership and make sure that Volvo Autonomous Solutions is equipped with state-of-the-art software development tools, continuous integration and deployment capabilities, simulation technology and tools to utilize data to the maximum.


We are now looking for two DevOps developers to join the team of fantastic colleagues.


What will you be doing?
In the CI/CD DevOps team there is a wide spread smorgasbord of challenges. From Linux to windows, from cloud to embedded. From CI to CD and from setting up pipelines to managing VMs.


We are striving for a set of tools that combine the strength of what is already in place at Volvo Group with new tools needed to face the challenges of Autonomous mobility.


There will be opportunities to work with cloud DevOps and/or with our embedded solutions, depending on your skillset and visions.


Who are you?
You are obviously a skilled developer, within all or some of the areas mentioned above.


You are agile at heart and will be a champion for the high performing agile team, because you understand where we want to be but realize we are not there yet.


You love continuous integration, but understand that it is not worth much without continuous deployment and awesome configuration management.


Other requirements for the position:
As this is highly international role, we believe that you are proficient in English, both written and spoken. You are a contributor with a people mindset and you are an efficient communicator with strong networking skills.


Experience with automotive and particularly autonomous mobility toolset is beneficial, as is experience with simulation technologies, data management and software tools. However, we believe the right personality and mindset to gain these capabilities is more important.
