DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
Tools that support the programming, commissioning, development, and running of security systems.
Automation frameworks for systems deployment, updating and management.
Continuous feedback tools for system usage.
Development and expand an infrastructure-as-code ecosystem for Tesla's long-term security systems technology infrastructure.
Design through documentation and prepare reports for senior leadership and other key stakeholders on toolset and infrastructure health.
Manage maintenance of infrastructure and tools.
Assure the availability and uptime of security systems infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-Tesla teams to address their needs with security systems solutions.

Requirements
Expertise with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code tools, container/cluster management and deployment automation.
Deep knowledge of one or more general purpose scripting or programming language.
Experience designing, coding and maintaining tools for developers of distributed software systems.
Knowledge in networked physical security systems, IP video streaming, access control systems and other security system technologies.
