In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Provide automated integration and delivery across the bank which empowers teams to focus on developing customer value

- Deliver platform services and expertise guidance to the development teams

- Secure a stable platform by proactive development, monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting of the platforms

- Be responsible for development and lifecycle of the DevOps pipeline

- Collaborate with lead architects and key experts across business areas

- Participate in Agile ceremonies for the Pega CoE team

- Act as subject matter expert for questions relating to DevOps and cloud strategy

- Collaborate with vendors in taking the next step for the DevOps journey

- To join our team and further develop the CI/CD delivery across the platforms
- Be responsible for the management of the PEGA and Robotics platforms (BluePrism & UiPath) ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable services for the entire bank both in the Nordic and Baltic region. The PEGA and Robotic platforms form a central part of our IT delivery across several business-critical functions at Swedbank, hence you will be part of a strategic and prioritized area of Swedbank


What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

- Proven experience of DevOps: RHEL, Java, Docker, K8n, Openshift, Ansible, Puppet, GIT

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure

- Functional knowledge in continuous integration and continuous delivery

- Experience with administrating Jenkins or equivalent CI solution

- Experience with the command line and Linux/Unix based systems

- Familiarity with applications running in Kubernetes clusters

- Solid experience of various programming languages, functional as well as object-oriented

- Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure and AWS

- Team player with an open mind and ready to help others

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- Experience of working with a BPM tool is considered as an advantage
