DevOps Engineer and release manager

Our client, a leading Nordic bank is now looking for a DevOps Engineer and release manager
This is a consulting position at Valana until the end of the year which may be extended thereafter.

Our client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support them in taking their next step on their DevOps journey. In this step they want to build the fundament for moving from bi-weekly releases to daily automated releases with same or better quality.
You will be working with four highly committed development teams in the tribe where they have already taken the first steps towards CI/CD – now they are ready for the next.
We believe that you have been doing this journey in a multi-team set-up before and have the technical leadership skills to help our client on the right way.
In addition to guide our client on the DevOps journey this role will handle the technical release coordination & release management tasks.
Ideally the candidate has 5-8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
