You will work within the Customer Attraction area, a product area responsible for all digital marketing capabilities across the H&M group. Our mission is to attract new and existing customers into our stores, both digital and physical, across all 8 brands and 74+ markets. Our vision is to lead the H&M Group into the future of retail tech, with our marketing tech capabilities. In Specific, you will be part of the Social Media product team, supporting the H&M Group to become the most loved group of brands on social media, by innovation and by developing our tech foundation.
Job Description
You will be a part of a global cross functional agile product team, working with a range of end-to-end solutions, focusing on Azure development and cloud engineering. You will play a leading role in technical development and architecture - helping the team with software quality and take personal ownership of the product you ship. Actively seeking ways to shift its design into a cloud enabling microservices architecture. Establishing a holistic view of how the solution adds value to the business.
We are looking for an all-rounder Azure Developer, aim to work as full stack and cross-functional in the team as possible. You also have experience from true agile ways of working; in this small product team, you will have a great personal responsibility to make things happen.
Work tasks includes but are not limited to:
DevOps backend development on Azure Cloud.
Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.
Defining and setting development, test, release, update and support processes for DevOps operations.
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
Building and improving CI/CD pipelines.
Ensuring that systems and architecture is safe and secure against cybersecurity threats. Performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
Working with containerization and releases of microservices
Qualifications
We believe you are communicative, have a "You build it you run it" mindset and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized. More specifically you need to have/are:
Experience on the Azure platform and resources - Service bus, Data Lake, API Management, Data lake, Logic app, App Service, Azure Function, Azure Event hub, Pipelines, SQL Server etc.
Working according to enterprise architecture frameworks; principles, policies, standards, patterns, roadmaps.
Good understanding of the overall Azure infrastructure.
Knowledge of Git, Jira, Confluence, Splunk, DevOps etc·
Previous experience working with delivering of technical features.
Experience of working closely with functional developers and technical teams.
Good understanding of the different solution layers from front-end/APP to cloud setup.
Good knowledge with API integration (REST API, Web API) and online marketing platform integration such as facebook, Instagram, snapchat, tiktok etc.
Experience of working in agile development organizations.
