Our Outstanding Opportunity
In the Business Area Networks (BNEW) organization where 5G was born, we have development sites all over the world. Together with the supply and service organizations, we build future-proof, scalable network architectures in an industry that is constantly on the move. Our approach is simple: we build solutions that empower our customers to meet tomorrow’s demands. 5G is happening now, with the first commercial launches implemented today.
Our software development unit develops the software which controls, supervises, and analyzes the base station functionality, which enables our mobile networks around the world. These mobile networks are the core to the accelerating digital transformation which is building our networked society where everything that can be connected will be connected.
We stand at the forefront of Agile software development, using methods like Lean and Scrum. Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, international, and highly independent. We are constantly improving our ways of working. You will work together with a team in the Common Architecture Tier (CAT) organization based in Lindholmen Göteborg.
