Take this next step in your DevOps career as a developer/engineer to join our team to continuously providing suitable development tools to other software engineers at Scania. This will help us drive the shift to more sustainable solutions by swiftly build and release software into the cloud, self-driving vehicles etc.
What YOU will do
You will be a part of a team with product owners and business developers working with different tools and methods supporting all developers within Scania. You will be responsible to drive your own work and many opportunities for personal development. The role will be 50 % product owner and 50 % technical assignments.
You will be a speaking partner with internal stakeholders (other developers and DevSecOps Teams).
Currently, the tool portfolio comprises well-known development software such as Github Enterprise, Gitlab, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft TFS, Perforce, JFrog Artifactory, and more. So as you can see, if you don´t know these already, you will get the chance to.
What YOU bring
Drive, and the focus to reach goals and results by being solution-oriented and keeping an eye on long-term strategies. Having a creative mindset and the interest to explore new technologies continuously is key to always stay on top of your game. You must also have the following experience:
• At least 3 years experience with software development
• Cloud infrastructure in AWS
• Infrastructure as code
• Automated deployment pipelines – CI/CD
• Meriting: Monitoring
• Meriting: Security and infrastructure experience
• Meriting: DevSecOps
• Meriting: Project management, Scrum master or product owner
• You enjoy working in an agile team and you really understand the meaning of the Agile Manifest
