We are growing and are now looking for a DevOps Engineer to come join our Real-Time Communications department in Stockholm and Malmö. Our Real-Time Communications engineering teams are responsible for serving Sinch customers with real-time voice- and video communication solutions and multi-factor authentication solutions.
The real-time aspects of the product combined with global availability of our services means interesting challenges as a DevOps Engineer within the Real-Time Communications department, and great opportunity to learn and develop.
The essence of the role
At Sinch we see DevOps as a culture where we create an aligning between the goals of software and operation engineering teams. Get them to work side-by-side, give them space to learn from each other and build infrastructure platforms and tools.
As a DevOps Engineer at Sinch, you will have ownership of delivery pipelines, infrastructure and service orchestration.
In this role you will enhance our product line teams by building and maintaining world class self-service platforms and tools empowering them to continuously deliver products and features, that scale with quality, resilience, security and availability expected by the biggest tech companies in the world.
As our new DevOps Engineer, you will:
Work closely with our developers and build self-service platforms and tools to enable a DevOps culture at scale.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Investigate incidents and make sure the same incident will not happen again by detecting, planning and preforming improvements in our infrastructure.
Work with implementation and improvements of tools like Kubernetes, Flux, Istio, Terraform and/or similar techniques.
You will be the go-to person for cloud provider related questions and tasks.
Help teams to design high availability and high throughput services.

We don’t expect you to know everything from the start but learn on the job by staying up to date with trends and best practices.
Who are you?

Strong communication and social skills. You are diplomatic when needed but are not afraid to challenge other people's views both in your team and across the organisation.

Big plus!
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:
