DEVOPS ENGINEER - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who works with developers and the IT staff to oversee the code releases, combining an understanding of both engineering and coding.
What you'll do:
● Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure and understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers.
● Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended.
● Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience and develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
● Working with planning departments to get software and systems up and running in a timely manner and ensuring long-term scalability for the business and developing digital infrastructure and working on automated code to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
● Staying on top of industry best practices and trends, as well as changes to compliance requirements.
Who you are:
● 3+ Years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
● Have a bachelor’s degree in software/computer science, or equivalent area of education and must have relevant working experience.
● Used to working in an environment consisting of both on-prem and cloud solutions.
● Have proven expertise in infrastructure and system management with a focus on Linux.
● Experience with DevOps tools, processes, culture, distributed systems, and supporting mission-critical systems.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
