Job Summary
Global Information Management (Global IM):
Our Global IM division supports Tetra Pak Group in all aspects of Information Management. We set strategies and standards for Information Management and collaborate with Global Process Owners to automate business processes, ensuring our projects and services deliver maximum value to Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approximately 900 employees across four key sites: Chakan (India), Lund (Sweden), Denton (USA), and Singapore.
About the Business Intelligence & Analytics Service:
The Business Intelligence & Analytics Service is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This service collects, processes, and analyzes data from various sources, developing dashboards, reports, and data models that visualize key performance metrics and trends. They ensure data quality, optimize data infrastructure, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, driving efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage through data-driven strategies.
Within this service, the Platform & Process team is critical in delivering a secure and highly performant Azure platform that supports these analytics initiatives. This team, consisting of highly skilled DevOps and MLOps engineers, ensures that the platform is reliable, scalable, and meets the evolving needs of the business.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden, with the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week.
What you will do
Your Role as DevOps Team Lead:
As a DevOps Team Lead, you will be pivotal in guiding and mentoring your team while actively contributing to the hands-on implementation of DevOps best practices. You will:
Lead and Inspire: Provide direction and leadership to a dynamic team, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high-performing, reliable solutions.
Hands-On Technical Leadership: With your practical experience in DevOps tools and methodologies, you'll not only oversee but also actively participate in the development, deployment, and management of CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and infrastructure as code.
Collaborate Globally: Work with teams across Sweden, India, Singapore, and the US, integrating advanced analytics solutions into our cloud platform. Your ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures will be critical to your success.
Innovate and Automate: Leverage your deep understanding of cloud technologies to drive automation and efficiency within our analytics solutions, making a tangible impact on our global operations.

Technical Competencies (Working Knowledge Required):
7-9 years of relevant DevOps experience with a strong foundation in:
CI/CD implementation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Container Orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS, Azure Container Instance, Docker, Helm Charts)
Application Gateway, Terraform, or other IaC tools (Arm Templates, Bicep)
Security Management (HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault)
Version Control Systems (GIT)
DevSecOps tools (Blackduck, Polaris, Trivy)
Shell scripting (Azure CLI, PowerShell)
Implementing Airflow and MLflow (AKS and Databricks)
Observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace, Grafana, Prometheus)
Azure implementations (Data Analytics Services, MS Defender, Azure AD, Cloud Networking, Cost Management, Managed Identities, Sentinel)
Debugging web traffic issues and system integration
ServiceNow: Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident management, change management, and service automation.
