DEVOPS ENGINEER WITH A BACKGROUND IN TEST AUTOMATION - Stockholm/remote

We are currently expanding the central support within the DevOps relocation and are looking for a DevOps engineer for P&V, the responsibility group for the development platform and development working methods.
You will be part of a team tasked with assisting the company in its agile transformation, with a particular emphasis on streamlining IT development and implementing DevOps principles. Your team is made up of DevOps engineers, system developers, process developers, and agile coaches.
You will be primarily interested in DevOps technology, but you should also be interested in mindset issues and process efficiency (today we apply the ITIL framework for production shutdown and downtime).
Among the responsibilities are the following:
Assist in the development of capabilities that enable DevOps within the organization.
Support the company's development team in the use of the development platform, CI / CD pipelines, and so on.
For effective development, test and evaluate new tools and methods of operation.
Existing tools can be customised and configured.
Our development platform's documentation is being updated on a regular basis.
Help with upgrades and the creation of new versions and/or functions
Competency prerequisites
We believe you have the following:
Education in system development, DevOps engineer, or equivalent is required.
Previous experience or training in test automation and/or TDD is required.
DevOps principles and mindset are well-understood.
Merit is also demonstrated if you have experience with and knowledge of:
Management of Change
ITIL is an ITIL framework.
Microsoft's offerings Agile framework TFS / AzureDevOps ServiceNow SAFe Monitoring Instruments (implementation and reading)
