We are looking for you, who love working with the IKEA range, is passionate about Home Furnishing and the business we're in and enthusiastic about solving real needs in people's homes. You will be important in our journey where we have decided to dare to be IKEA, optimize for relevance and have the best possible products at lowest possible price.
We are now looking for DevOps Leader. As a DevOps leader, you will drive and lead DevOps within Data & Technology. You will be responsible for building our foundation according to modern development and support of rapid releases.
You will report to the Digital Engineering Manager, to ensure our automation and toolchain which are keywords and all the parts of our complex landscape play well together.
Qualifications
For the job as a DevOps leader, you have:
Extensive experience in the Software Engineering field, and understanding of the principles regarding end-to-end software architecture, release management, and CI/CD.
Experience in stakeholder management and good knowledge of cloud architecture and eco-systems.
Ability to coach and support all our development teams within different parts of our system with best practices regarding DevOps Experience in leading and coaching development teams.
Experience in Linux-based systems, preferably IoT solutions.

Release management and automation.
Build- and toolchain architecture and improvements.

This is a permanent role based in Älmhult.
The DevOps leader is crucial for developing our business, and we believe that your presence with the team and working the majority of the time in the workplace is important.
