We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to drive DevOps within iGaming
that want to innovate and create new ways and inspire the team to continuously develop and build the best solutions.

The team was just recently formed so there will be plenty of opportunities to influence processes, technology and ways of working. You will be leading a team of 10 and will continue to expand the team, who are committed to continuous, never-ending improvement.

As the DevOps Manager you will drive value and collaboration with multiple departments such as development, operations and product

As the DevOps Manager you will:

- Be responsible for building cloud-based infrastructure and ensure that the process is automated and systems are well maintained and secure
- Manage a team of 10 team members distributed across Stockholm, Montreal and Athens
- You have a strong understanding of cloud based services and technologies and know how best to apply them for our clients
- Coach individual team members and the teams on processes and best practice by listening to and support teams in problem-identification and decision-making
- We seek to create an environment of mutual influence; work with rather than use authority asking for the teams for answers and let the teams self-organize
- The team will need to grow since this is a focus area of ours and you will engage in Leading recruiting and hire engineers
- Understand and create a capacity in a team that fully understand the business and our customers to effectively design, develop, and implement tools and processes that enable a highly available, scalable, and resilient customer experience
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering leadership, and architects to drive holistic technology implementation across product teams

Qualifications:
- You have a strong understanding of cloud based services and technologies and know how best to apply them for our clients
- Have a passion and wants to innovate and create new ways and inspire the team to continuously develop and build the best solutions


To be able to succeed in this position we think you need to bring the following Tech Experience:

- Leadership experience
- History of creating and implementing Agile/DevOps methodologies and teams
- Have worked closely with full product teams to deliver solutions to customers.
- DevOps engineering experience
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
- BS or MS in related industry/field or equivalent experience


Tech Knowledge: - Delivering applications on public clouds such as AWS / Azure

- Configuration Management and automation, and infrastructure as code
- CICD practices and tools
