DevOps Specialist - Goteborg/Remote

Tasks and responsibilities:


• Mentoring and empowering app-teams to build CI/CD pipelines that will allow our teams to integrate and test their products more quickly and efficiently.


• Assisting app-teams with product automation inside a DevOps context.
• Lead the department in establishing a DevOps culture through best practises and training.


• Keeping up to speed with the newest concepts and technologies, assisting teams in the continual improvement of the DevOps culture


• Assisting teams in establishing a structure for interacting with external partners in an automated and customizable manner in a complicated environment.


• Empowering teams to find and use appropriate metrics for goods and services


• Determine infrastructure requirements for new products/requirements.


• Assist the team in establishing monitoring and raising awareness of the state of their goods.
Requirements:


• A master's degree in electrical or computer engineering, or comparable work experience


• At least five years of expertise in at least one high-level programming language (Java, Kotlin, Swift)


• Proven expertise with devops for mobile apps.


• Extensive understanding and abilities in unit testing, pipe construction, and CI/CD.


• Understanding and experience with agile methodology


Important abilities:
• Solid experience with Linux and the Linux ecosystem • Solid experience with various scripting languages such as Bash and Python • Solid experience with various CI/CD and infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab • Solid experience with various deployment strategies (A/B testing, blue/green deployment) (Azure, GCP etc)
• Experience with Git and Gitlab is a plus; • Experience with DevSecOps is a plus; and • Experience with Microservice architecture is a plus.
