We are continuously growing in the global market and to be successful on this journey, our product development teams need the best possible technical capabilities. As a DevOps Lead, you will work with technical colleagues to define our DevOps strategy and structure and bring it to life. You will be part of a smaller team and report to the Head of Infrastructure. You will be an important part of an exciting journey and have a lot of ownership.

You will be actively involved in discussions about the future CI/CD of our platform and promote solutions that are easy to build, test, and deploy. Our guiding principle is to embrace change and automate what can be automated and makes sense to work efficiently - and we believe you can make a big difference to our teams in this area. You will not have people reporting to you, but you will have a big impact on technology.

What you will do in this position

• Make sure our developers have the technical tools and conditions to be efficient
• Help ensure we have a smooth software pipeline for continuous and fast delivery
• Continuously identify needs and bottlenecks and suggest solutions
• Be proactive in matters concerning DevOps and ensure that solutions are being implemented
• Knowledge sharing within your area of expertise across the R&D organization

You have a keen interest for all parts of the Software Development Lifecyle and a desire to automate and simplify. You have the ability to drive initiatives and all the way to implementation in a collaborative way - to make sure you get different perspectives to base decisions on. To succeed in the role, we think you are a great communicator that can share knowledge, get a clear message across and make sure that there’s a purpose and a “why” in the changes you’ll implement that is understood and has everyone onboard.

• A few years experience from a similar role within DevOps
• Experience from scripting and building efficient tools, improvement of CD/CI flows and development environments, and experience from working with containers (ex. Docker) as well as monitoring tools
• We’ll be even more interested if you have experience from leading implementations of DevOps
