Assignment Description:
We are seeking consultant with specialist competence in security for the area of DevSecOps to join our team
What you will work on:
Lead and drive the development of an automated security framework within the DevSecOps area.
Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses to ensure the security of the systems.
Effectively communicate knowledge and messages in various formats, both written and verbal, to different stakeholders.
Collaborate and advise on security matters, demonstrating confidence in knowledge and experience.
Lead and work within a changing environment, where contact surfaces are competent and multifaceted.

What you bring:
Extensive experience in building and implementing environments, automation, and work processes in DevSecOps with strong security practices and regulations.
Practical application experience of automated IT security frameworks in the context of DevSecOps.
Proficiency in managing risk work, designing work methods, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and establishing overall security practices in the DevSecOps domain.
Conducted audits, performed analyses, and provided recommendations in the DevSecOps area.
Strong knowledge of tools, services, and frameworks available in the IT information/IT security market.
Proficient in GDPR, NIST, ISO27000, and CIS/CSC standards.
Experience working in highly regulated industries with a focus on security.
Proven ability to build internal competence through documentation and training.
Coaching approach and experience in leading, developing, and training individuals and organizations through change.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desired Requirements:
Solid understanding of security related to PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS.
