We have currently a vacant position in DHL eCommerce Nordic, located in Stockholm.
The expertise of DHL eCommerce Nordic is founded on many years of experience in the e-commerce business in Germany. In this market DHL has continuous development of consumer-centric services like Parcel stations, private Parcel boxes and many other consumer and recipient services as the key to success
In addition to Germany, DHL eCommerce today develops and strengthens B2C services in further European countries with own day definite delivery networks:
Networks in 8 countries, including the Benelux countries, UK, Poland and the Czech Republic, on the ground sales representatives in many more European countries
We have a footprint in 27 European countries including our own subsidiaries as well as partnerships.
DHL eCommerce offers a customer centric Service point network with currently more than 65,000 locations in Europe ensuring high convenience
We need a structured person, who wants to be responsible for identifying opportunities and plan related sales work. You will work with customers in the e-commerce business and offer them parcel solutions from their warehouse in Sweden to their consumers in Europe. The parcel solutions you will promote is exclusively cross-border. You will be required to organize and conduct customer visits, primarily medium to large-sized customers. You will participate in Cross-business meetings with other DHL divisions. You will report to the Head of Sales Sweden for DHL ecommerce Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implementing sales to both new customers and existing ones
· Booking client meetings
· Identifying needs and advise customers
· Coordinate, dispatch and follow-up on the offer
· Participate in and follow-up on campaigns, trade fairs and cross-business meetings
· Maintain customer database
The position requires that you possess a personal drive and commitment to our organization, which in turn is freedom with responsibility.
You work with great independence, and having an overview as well as the ability to switch between many different customers within one working day.
You are interested in further developing your sales and have the courage to face the challenges of a highly competitive market where DHL now has a good position.
Your relationships are based on trust and value creation for the customer's business and you are responsible for creating high customer loyalty.
You will work closely with the rest of the sales team to ensure that all customers' requests and needs are identified and customer expectations are met.
Your qualifications and personal qualities:
· You have experience as a Key Account Manager.
· You have at least 5 years’ experience from logistics and preferable ecommerce logistics.
· As a person you possess self-confidence. You are performance oriented and have the energy and emulation that it takes to achieve top results.
· You have experience to manage a client platform and effectively manage and develop your sales opportunities.
· You are an outgoing and open person with respect and credibility around your person.
· You have the diplomatic skills and are trustful among others.
· You are flexible and you're comfortable with being part of a change oriented organization.
· You have good negotiation and communication skills.
· You are fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
· You have driving license and are willing to travel within Sweden and occasionally abroad.
