DHL eCommerce Solutions söker: Head of Finance & Controlling

DHL eCommerce Solutions is looking for a Head of Finance & Controlling with the responsibility to handling the main financial controlling processes for DHL eCommerce Solutions Sweden.

The Headquarter is based in Solna.

Description of Role:

As Head of Finance & Controlling your role and responsibilities will be handling the main financial controlling processes for DHL eCommerce Solutions Sweden. Together with the Finance team, you will interact closely with the business in gaining high transparency on KPI’s and profitability.
* Lead and coach a team of 2 employees (Financial Controllers). The team has potential to grow over time.
* Lead the month-end closing and reporting process, and interpret the results for the Senior Management Team (both locally and regionally).
* Develop, analyze and maintain standard or tailor-made reporting and reporting tools and evaluate business needs and opportunities where necessary. Maintenance and further development of the current reporting and analysis tool for customer and product profitability.
* Support the SMT to drive business transformation and implementation of new business models.
* Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Accounting team in DHL Freight Sweden and the Central Finance team in Bonn to ensure continuous process optimization.
* Act as sparring partner for Managing Director for discussion and analysis of financial and strategic initiatives and continually review relevant data and processes.
* Ensure adherence to the DPDHL Group and Local Accounting standards and all processes in relation to the areas of control.
* Act as main point of contact for internal and external auditors, internal tax and legal departments, local tax authorities and for SLA business partners
* Have the overall responsibility of the following processes: Forecast/Estimate, Plan/Budget, Intercompany.
* Manage the Compliance function for the entity.

Skills and Experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
* Very good Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Good knowledge of Oracle
* Experience in logistics or transportation business is meritorious
* Well organized and self-motivated
* Communication and presentation skills both written and oral in Swedish and English
* Detail-oriented and commitment to quality output
* Strong business-orientation
* Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
* Proactive approach, task and goal-orientated
* Strong organizational skills, well organized and able to manage multiple projects
