We are looking for a Process Engineer to our central Nordic Operations Excellence organization. As a Process Engineer you would be responsible for developing optimal processes for DHL Supply Chain Nordics operations. You will be an important player of our customer implementation projects and system implementation projects to map, analyse, design and implement new and refined processes and ways of working. Together with the Quality Assurance Team you will develop standards and best practices within process mapping, design and implementation. You will work closely with the central Nordics team as well with our warehouses in the Nordics.

You belong to a central Nordic organisation and report to our Head of Quality Assurance. Travelling within the Nordics (primarily Sweden) 50- 80% of the time to fit project need is required. Position is based in Stockholm.


Your main tasks include

- Drive Process excellence initiatives on sites together with Site Management
- Work with process transformation and ensure process excellence in new system roll-outs
- Act in new customer implementations and renewal projects to ensure correctness in processes
- Act as "sanity check" on processes in customer RFQ:s and renewals
- Work together with Operations Excellence Standardization and Process Improvement to find and ensure best way of map, design, document and train within process excellence


We expect you to have

- High analytical skills and a high focus on continuous improvements
- Competence in Process Engineering
- Experience of Lean, SixSigma and/or other improvement tools
- Inter-personal skills and are able to build strong relationships internally and with all key stakeholders
- Commitment to developing and delivering best in class processes
- Comprehensive Supply Chain Management understanding
- University degree in Engineering
- Fluent English and at least one other Nordic language


It's qualifying if you have

- Project Management experience
- Operational Experience in Warehouse Management and Transportation
