This is us, your new colleagues:
Our task is to develop an automatic diagnostic system that shall determine the condition of the diagnosed component. Our group is organized within the Exhaust After Treatment System (EATS) organization. Our main task is to develop the EATS diagnostic system.
We work in close collaboration with the teams that develop other parts of the EATS, teams that are responsible for combustion engine and battery electric propulsion diagnostics, as well as other teams developing EATS diagnostics system located at other sites all around the world.
We are accountable for the lifecycle management of our products, from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. As a team we are curious and strive to explore new technology that can help us to create a better automated diagnostics system.
We believe that teamwork and collaboration are the foundation for great products and an attractive workplace, therefore we apply agile principles in our daily work. We work in teams of 5-7 colleagues committed to a common purpose. Every team plans their work in 3 week sprints and delivers solutions together as a team.


Work description:
The main task is to calibrate and develop the diagnostic system this is done in close connection to control system developers, software developers, hardware developers, data scientist, after market solution developers etc.
The daily work includes testing in laboratory or vehicle, simulation, data analysis and creative meetings. You will have the opportunity to travel to e.g. visit our other sites or to do extreme climate testing.


Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be a team player and a problem solver. You are communicative, have good technical skills and are curious about learning new things. As a person we believe that you have a solution and result oriented attitude.


To be able to take on this challenge successfully we believe that you will possess the following skills and competencies:
Master of Science in Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
2-year experience from diagnostics development.
