IO Interactive is currently seeking an experienced and driving Producer to run and manage our AAA game with a focus on live production, dialogue, asset management and localization. You will collaborate closely with other producers handling other parts of the game, leads of every craft team, but also with project producers for overall gameplay, art and content, to make sure your parts of the game are delivered within time and quality specifications, and are seamlessly intertwined with the rest of the franchise. You need to be very proactive and able to adjust and efficiently work with systems for planning, reporting, and controlling the progress of craft-specific, technical, and creative work.
What you will do:
Execute the vision of the Game Director and requirements of the Executive Producer
Define, plan, establish, track and run milestones and goals for specific deadlines in line with the project’s overall milestone and release schedule
Liaise with Writers and Level Designers to check dependencies in regards to our Gating Plan
Align priorities with writers and establish a schedule for deliverables
Casting prep and follow up for example establishing bios, character briefs and concept art with the wider team of directors, writers, artists and designers
Coordination of recording sessions and auditions and submitting for review and feedback
Determining cast breakdown as well as checking availabilities to create and execute on the schedule for recordings including ensuring readiness of scripts
Responsible for asset management for example reception of audio files, transcriptions, and tracking documentations
Control and report progress on your assigned areas of responsibility
Tracking and managing issues and risks on an ongoing basis, as well as proactively providing associated mitigation and resolution strategies
Presenting the progress at studio meetings and various update meetings

Who you are:
Deep understanding of the production process and working with technical and creative talent
You have minimum 4 years of experience being a producer, having worked on one or more AAA titles, with content, dialogue or localization
Profound knowledge of project management methods – we work in an agile way but are able to adapt according to what makes most sense
You have a feel for when content is fulfilling the standard of quality we have set for Hitman, and can give constructive feedback should it be required
A true pro at Jira and MS Office (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent presentation skills. As much as tables and JIRA monitoring are fun, you will also be communicating and collaborating with different project stakeholders presenting status, blockers etc.
Strong budgeting, controlling, and reporting skills
Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent facilitation skills within tightly knit mission teams of all crafts
