Our Exciting Opportunity
Would you like to be an engineer involved in developing future linearization algorithms in the Ericsson radio? Then this may be the opportunity for you!
We work in a world of radios and where your main focus will be on crafting the next-generation linearization algorithms where continuous improvements, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work responsibilities.
You will
Be responsible for driving strategic technical leadership within algorithms development, and be in charge of performing continuous analysis and requirement handling. The tasks will include developing and verifying high-quality products, and also provide troubleshooting and customer support. We would like the candidate to drive continuous improvements in products and processes and develop competence in the technical domain.
Areas and responsibilities are;
Develop and innovate new digital pre-distortion (DPD), or linearization algorithms
Understand FPGA design and rtl code
Integrate and verify algorithms
Energy efficiency
Evaluating algorithm and power amplifier efficiency
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Master of Science in any of Physics, Electronics or similar
Min years of experience: 3 years
Domain experience: Skilled in matlab, rtl design, signal processing, wireless communication, algorithm development and lab equipment
Good programming skills in C, C++ etc
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Ability to working with people and networking
Innovating skills, adapting and responding to change
Achieving impact and meeting customer expectations
