We are looking for you to join BSH Northern Europe in Stockholm as
Digital Analyst
This is a temporary 12-month contract to cover parental leave from latest 1 April 2019 and until 1 April 2020.
You will be joining the NE Web team, which comprises six members, and will be reporting to the Web team’s team leader. The Web team is part of the BSH Northern European marketing department, which also includes Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, PIM Management and CRM Marketing. In your role you will also collaborate with and receive orders from other departments within the company, such as Trade Marketing and Customer Service Marketing. BSH Northern Europe is an international organisation that covers both the Nordic and the Baltic countries.
YOUR TASKS
• Establish goals, track, test and evaluate conversion and ROI for sales and marketing activities for digital channels
• Independently measure, collect, analyse and report on digital data for various marketing and sales channels, such as websites, social media and direct marketing
• Compile, report and present statistical correlations and outcomes
• Evaluate, implement and manage analytics tools and applications in order to drive, analyse and optimise traffic to and behaviour on our websites
• Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and evaluation of work processes and projects concerning the analysis of digital marketing and sales activities for increased conversion and profitability
• Independently and in collaboration with internal clients, analyse, evaluate and provide robust proposals in complex decision-making and business situations within data-driven marketing and sales
• Train colleagues in the use of our analytics tools – Adobe Analytics and Datorama
YOUR PROFILE
• Digital marketing qualifications with a focus on analysis
• 2-3 years’ experience from working with similar tasks
• Expert in Adobe Analytics, with knowledge of other similar analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience from using analytics and visualisation tools such as Datorama, Mouseflow or similar
• Understanding of analytics tools built into digital channels such as Adwords, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Excellent analytical ability and an ability to explain correlations and outcomes easily
• Fluent in English. Fluently or mother tongue in of one of the Nordic languages is considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
You can work independently and collaborate constructively with colleagues. As a digital analyst, you have a methodical and systematic approach to your tasks and projects, and you are happy to share knowledge, experience and information with your colleagues. You can independently plan and prioritise your tasks and projects within the working hours.
