Toca Boca captures the spirit of play. We create digital toys and everyday products that are filled with fun and silliness that kids from any corner of the world can instantly relate to. Everything is designed from their perspective. We celebrate the diversity and quirkiness of their world and give them the freedom to play in ways that only they can dream up.
We are now looking for an awesome individual to drive the analytics function at our company and help us understand and make use of the data we have in order to create even better products. This will be a key role in our Stockholm Studio and will support Toca Life World, Hair Salon and more!
What you’ll be doing
You will keep the company and our stakeholders updated on the performance of the different Toca products.
You will provide clear data, interpretation, and insights that help our teams make well-informed decisions based on data. You will answer our questions about users and how they behave in the apps.
You will have a vision for how the analytics function can scale and be structured as Toca Boca grows
Toca Boca is on a journey delivering live products that kids love. Our very first live app, Toca Life: World, has been a great success so far. We recognize the importance that a solid analytics function has for the continued performance and growth of our products, and we want to bring this expertise in-house.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering performance reports, contributing to forecasting and budgeting efforts, and the analysis and generation of insights about our users’ behaviors.
You will also be a key stakeholder in our data infrastructure, setting up and maintaining the tools you may need for the day to day operation of the analytics function.
We need you to be a great communicator so that everyone can understand our data in a meaningful way. We also expect that you will educate our teams on how to best use data and make decisions backed by insights.
Is this you?
You have the domain expertise, knowing how to collect, analyze and translate data into insights. You’ve gained this experience by working in analytics and performance in freemium mobile products.
You like experimenting and have a passion for growing products partnering with product teams, marketing, and other stakeholders.
You have experience driving or supporting User Acquisition efforts.
You understand and care about Data Privacy, and are interested to work in the kids’ space where we really want to go the extra mile to protect our users.
Good To Know
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months probationary employment.
As we’re an international company, with 10+ nationalities and millions of users in every country you have to be fluent in English.
