About the team
Being a Digital Analyst at GANT you are a central part of the Global eCommerce Team responsible for delivering business insights to various stakeholders in the team - web teams, CRO, CRM, Brand and more. Part of the role is also to create dashboards and reports to provide decision support to help guide the business on short and long-term decisions. Responsibilities
Provide accessible insights and support to other teams to help GANT make sound data-driven decisions
Analyse CRM data, develop frameworks to segment the users of our loyalty club and suggest actions to increase the relevancy in our communication and customer lifetime value
Work closely across departments to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies
Analyse global E-com sales performance across markets to provide insights and suggestions for how the brand could realise untapped growth potential
Analyse data and look for ways that GANT can improve its digital marketing efforts
Involved in the whole process from analysis to building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business online
Work to create CRO hypothesis for test and through analysis help the team understand the test results
Analyse consumer behaviour on site and suggest improvements to the websites
Work closely with the rest of the Digital Growth team in the CRO process to optimize the entire customer journey online using data for increased growth
Help collect and implement a global 360 measurement model by combining marketing and business intelligence data.
Your skills
Minimum of 4 years experience in web analytics
Advanced skills in digital analytics tools including Google Analytics
Advanced skills in data visualisation tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (statistics or economics)
A structured team player with good communication skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic and diverse environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Familiarity with Qlik, PowerBI, or other business intelligence applications
Bonus points
Working knowledge of SEM and other performance marketing channels
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and data collection implementations
SQL knowledge
Experience with BigQuery
Fashion or retail industry experience
Working experience of ContentSquare
