We target both leading online merchants and millions of Nordic consumers seeking superior digital payments and consumer finance products.
Qliro is growing and we are now looking for a Digital Analyst to the Analytics team within the Product & Marketing function. The ideal candidate has a passion for data, especially within the digital area, and is eager to understanding and improving the user behavior of our customers.
The Analytics team is responsible for analyzing marketing acquisition channel performance as well as initiating optimizations of all Qliro’s products. The team plays an essential role in improving the customer journey and growing sales and profitability. As part of the team, you work in Qliro’s core business and have a direct impact on our success.
What you will do:
- You will have a key role in developing our way of working within digital data and analysis of big data sets based on more than 2 million customers
- Together with other key stakeholders in the organization driving initiatives and A/B testing within our digital platforms (App, Web, Checkout etc)
- Work closely with other analysts and data scientists within the team and together with Product owners as well as Design team striving to offer next generation payment solutions improving the customer experience
- Be part of a great and unpretentious team where everyone is highly skilled and motivated We believe that our next Digital Analyst: Is a fast learner with strong quantitative skills that thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment together with other team members. We also believe that you are good at finding simple solutions to complex problems and see the value of building good relations all through the company to enable cross-team collaborations.
We also believe that you:
- Have relevant university degree and/or diploma of higher vocational education (Business, Growth Marketing, Data Analyst or equivalent)
- Have minimum 1 year of relevant work experience from user behavioral and/or performance marketing analysis using Google Analytics 360, Google BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, analytics.js, measurement protocol or equivalent
- Have statistical knowledge and preferably have experience from working with SQL, R or another data analysis language
- Have a learning by doing mentality and question assumptions
- Have a strong sense of responsibility with a holistic mindset throughout all platforms and funnels, takes initiative, and has the skills and ambition to grow both individually as well as the responsibility area
- Are results oriented, taking clear ownership and believe in working with what has great impact on the business
