As our new Digital Analyst, you will be part of the Global Online team that drives the development and maintenance of our Global Online presence to efficiently support our growth ambitions. We have a strong focus on online sales in own and customer channels and in the organic growth across our categories and markets.
In this position, your focus will be to support the team by analyzing, reporting and giving recommendations on all our online marketing efforts as well as our own e-commerce website in order to help the organization taking more data-informed/driven decisions.
Your responsibilities will include
In this position you will:
Manage and build dashboard for follow-up
Tracking implementation and data visualization
Define, track and evaluate KPIs for all our digital marketing efforts
Ensure data standards are maintained for ongoing and accurate tracking
Implement and test all data requirements to support accurate tagging implementation both for web analytics and marketing programs
Participate in the design, setup and evaluation of A/B and multivariant testing
Stay updated of industry trends, best practices and technologies to drive ongoing improvements to available analytics

Your profile
To be successful in this position, we believe that you:
2+ years of experience and proven success in an analyst role
Have experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Facebook Business Manager, event tracking, YouTube Ads and Pinterest Ads.
Experience with Sitecore is a plus
Detail-oriented person with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must be a self-motivator and enjoy the world of data

In addition you should:
Hold a degree in Digital Marketing, Digital analytics or another relevant field and
Hold a Google Analytics Certification
