We target both leading online merchants and millions of Nordic consumers seeking superior digital payments and consumer finance products.
We are looking for an experienced analytical person to our Product & Marketing Analytics team that loves to be in the middle of where things are cooking. As a scaleup Fintech with data and insights as a cornerstone in our strategy, you will play an important role in ensuring that we are steering Qliro in the right direction. To thrive in this role, we see a person who has a passion for data, a genuine interest in keeping up to date with the latest tracking technologies and preferably has gained experience in user behavior tracking, be it client- or server-side.
What you’ll do:
- You will have a key role in developing a way of working within digital data and analysis of big data sets based on more than 2 million customers
- Together with other key stakeholders in the organization driving initiatives and A/B testing within our digital platforms (Checkout, App, Web etc), identify user trends, merchant trends, extract insights and improve the customer and merchant experience of our products
- In close collaboration with our developers and engineers guide the development and implementation of tracking and other data collection as appropriate in a structured manner and with quality assurance defining product and business KPIs and metrics
- Offer deep-dive analysis and insights to key stakeholders being an expert on domain KPIs such as conversion driving optimization of our Checkout as well as the entire funnel
We believe that you are a fast learner that thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You are experienced in collecting and analyzing data including but not limited to user behavior and have preferably worked with both client- and server-side tracking (i.e. related to Checkout). Except from seeing the value of building good relations all through the company enabling cross-team collaborations you are also eager to understand and improve the user behavior of our customers.
We believe you:
- Have a bachelor's degree and/or MSc in a quantitative discipline (such as math, statistics, engineering, etc) or equivalent education
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience from preferably the payment industry with a specific focus on the tracking of data, analysis related to payments, e-commerce or similar
- Are proficient in SQL, Python, R or equivalent and preferably familiar using tools like Google Analytics/GA4 and Big Query
- Have a strong sense of responsibility with a holistic mindset throughout all platforms and funnels, taking clear ownership and believe in working with what has a great impact on the business
