Our Digital Analytics team is part of the Digital team which consists of 30+ colleagues who work remotely across our seven markets in Europe. We are now looking for a colleague that can be based in one of them - either Sweden, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain or Italy for the role of
Digital Analytics Specialist
You’ll be responsible for driving digital insights (web & app) through analysis, reports & dashboards and A/B testing.
As part of the Digital Analytics Team, you will be the go-to person when it comes to digital customer insights. You will work alongside marketeers, product owners and developers and support them by delivering actionable insights to drive and improve business outcomes.
You’ll be joining a team with huge ambitions and an exciting roadmap, in a role that will be part of shaping our data and insights strategy.
You will report to the Head of Digital Analytics, based in Amsterdam.
What you'll do
- Analyze digital behavior to identify opportunities to improve our customer’s (digital) journey
- Translate customer insights into actionable stories and presentations
- Define relevant KPIs and measurement plans in alignment with your stakeholders to capture relevant data
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to help understand and optimize the digital business performance
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business needs
- Support the Digital and Data & Analytics teams by identifying business opportunities
- Co-create and manage the A/B-test roadmap with Commercial and UX stakeholders.
What you bring
- A few years of experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar
and preferably with PowerBI, Data Studio, Firebase Analytics and/or BigQuery
- Experience in executing and analyzing a/b tests using Google Optimize, Optimizely etc
- Mastering Excel
To be able to succeed in the role you have a passion to transform data into meaningful and easy-to-understand actionable insights.
