Digital Art Director - Mobile

Star Stable Entertainment creates immersive worlds to inspire every girl around the globe to be the hero of her own adventure. Through multiple touchpoints such as games, books, music, animation and stories our community celebrates the strength in sisterhood and builds friendships.

We are now looking for a Digital Art Director that will be a force for growth with the help of creativity. In the marketing team our mission is to be a strategic creative partner with kick-ass production always driven by insights, measurable results and endless love for the audience.

In this role you will:

- Create assets for different digital channels to drive UA with a focus on mobile
- Work to understand the mobile communication landscape and what captures the interest of the audience
- Work closely with external agencies to deliver outstanding UA and plan for future UA strategies
- Work together with the marketing team to gather data and insights to constantly evaluate and improve the creative output
- Be part of creating assets for the web team and deliver a magical experience for the visitors to our web platforms.


We are looking for someone with:

- 3+ years of experience as a digital designer at a gaming company or agency, as we are expanding on Mobile we believe that it is important that you have worked with mobile products - preferably games on mobile.
- Experience from the mobile communication landscape and preferably the mobile gaming landscape and how to recruit new players.
- Experience working with creating graphic design and video assets


- Having a producer mindset and acting like a creative
- Having experience working with A/B testing and optimization
- Great skills in Adobe Creative Cloud especially: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premier Pro
