OM TJÄNSTEN
There are two main areas of responsibility in this role; one as a Controller and the second as a Purchaser.
As a Controller you are responsible for;
* Keeping track of all the ongoing purchase orders within Digital, accruals and budget allocations.
* Registration of all invoices under each PO for payments.
* Support with creating the annual business plan, which includes follow-ups with internal stakeholders, securing the prolongations for 2021, and making sure the budget targets are met.
* Organizing and acting as a facilitator in management meetings and in Finance-Purchasing meetings.
In the area of Purchasing the responsibilities are;
* Creating orders/shopping carts in SRM or Workday for new purchase orders and for the preparation of RFQs and MRQs to send to the Purchasing Dept.
* Close cooperation with the responsible Purchaser and Stakeholder regarding both existing and new needs of resources.
* Communications with suppliers for the status of deliveries.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* You have a background in business administration, finance,
purchasing or similar
* You are a person that enjoys administrational tasks
* 2 years of experience working in purchase-/administrative tools & systems (preferably SRM and/or Workday)
* Fluent in English / Swedish
* MS Office especially Excel.
