We are looking for you who can and want to modernize, develop and take Stockholm School of Economics’ (SSE) digital environment to the next level!
SSE’s digital environment is in a process of change and we are looking for you who want to be a part of and contribute to the transformation journey.
In your work you will act as a business partner in digitalization, connecting IT and business operation, with both operational and strategical questions and you will be a part of the full application/system lifecycle, from detecting needs to implementing IT support and new ways of working.
The Role
As Digital Business Developer, you cooperate and collaborate with the operation’s stakeholders regarding processes, way of working, challenges, applications, systems, infrastructure and digital services. You are responsible for the relationship between the business operation and the IT Department and to actively and continuously develop the relationship. You work in close collaboration with the CIO and the stakeholders in the organization. You have a continuous dialogue with system suppliers, the IT Architect, IT solution responsible coworkers and are responsible for information and follow-ups for planned IT changes. You take part in planning and prioritizing and drive and carry out projects and assignments.
You are an experienced business analyzer with an understanding of both IT and digital operational questions. To be successful in this role you need to be perceptive and have a flexible approach, but also have the ability to be normative and directorial when needed.
Is this you?
You have:
- a few years working experience from positions such as IT business developer, IT project leader, IT operation manager or similar
- knowledge about IT infrastructure
- experience from operation and IT governance models, for example PM3 and ITIL
- knowledge of needs and consequence analysis
- experience from IT system/service procurements
- a passion for operational questions and development
- experience from and knowledge of detecting needs and process mapping connected to digitalization
You have a relevant academic education, preferably in System Sciences or similar. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
Personality wise, you are curious and can initiate and drive change. With your analytical and strategical abilities, you have a holistic perspective and aspire teamwork through dialogue and dedication.
This is a permanent employment located in Stockholm City. Start date according to agreement.
