PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Samsung Electronics is looking for an organized team player to strengthen the Digital Commerce team, managing sales & marketing for direct-to-consumer sales on Samsung.com in the Nordics. The Digital Commerce Coordinator is responsible for coordination of various e-commerce activities, including pricing, product planning and alignment with logistics & customer support. As Samsung consists of many product divisions, liaising with the relevant stakeholders (Supply Chain, Product Managers etc) within each product division to ensure that Samsung.com always can offer a wide array of products to our prospective customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB SCOPE:
- Manage and update product listing and pricing for both ongoing sales, and specific promotional campaigns
- Support and follow-up on customer service errands, for instance regarding logistics and order fulfillment
- Report (weekly/monthly) on marketing performance and sales
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Sales, Product Managers and other internal stakeholders on product & promotional related enquiries
- Align with Supply Chain Coordinators and Logistics regarding supply, sales forecasts and stock situations
- Point of contact for agencies, external providers and internal stakeholders regarding marketing campaigns and activities
- Support in various tasks related to campaign and promotion coordination
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or similarly relevant education.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-3 years’ experience of working with sales coordination, pricing, logistics or analytics
- Experience from working in a cross-country organisation (i.e. Nordic function)
- Experience working with e-commerce is preferable
- Experience working in SAP & Hybris is a plus
- Experienced and well versed in MS Office in general, and Excel in particular
- Fluent in Swedish and English

Contract: Start ASAP - 1 year contract (consultant assignment)
