Digital Communication Manager

Our digital channels and tools are key to support Saab's development.

Your role

In the role as digital communication manager in the Editorial and Internal Communication Team you will work with developing, managing, measuring and monitoring the company's intranet and external websites. You will develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website, while utilizing a range of techniques including SEO and paid search. Other important aspects include coordinating internal forums to further this work, and lending assistance during project planning, ongoing development and the updating of Group Communications' digital platforms.

You will serve as a Project Manager for smaller internal and external digital projects. Other duties may include facilitating training courses, formulating and updating training materials, and supporting wed editors in the use of our CMS, both intranet and external web.

Your profile

As regards the work with Saab's digital platforms, we are looking for someone who is passionate about modern digital technologies. You are a digital native and nurture an eager interest in digital development. Perhaps you are a qualified systems analyst or engineer.

You are organised, meticulous and analytical, and experienced in statistics and search engine optimisation. You enjoy taking responsibility and working hands-on in diverse projects. A keen eye for design and an interest in marketing are beneficial since you will be working closely with web editors in Saab's business areas and market areas to develop and streamline our external websites.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will join a team of six collegaues responsible for managing Saab's editorial work, both internally and externally, developing our digital platforms and plan and prioritise Group common internal communication activities. On top of the direct colleagues, you will work in close cooperation with all parts of Saab.
