Digital Communication Specialist to the Automotive Industry

About the position
For our client, a leading global company within the Automotive Industry, we are currently looking for a Digital Communication & Social Media Specialist. The position will be responsible for our customer´s global social media planning, managing, and execution across business segments. This role also includes overseeing the market unit social media pages in accordance to content plan and growth strategy incl. targeting. This includes the development of creative assets and the writing of compelling content that generates engagement from their online audience. The position will require a broad understanding of social media platforms, strategy, content creation, financial reports and analytics.

Core Responsibilities:
Social Media
• Lead the development of a strategic social media efforts based on our customer´s digital growth plan, this also includes decide and monitor KPIs
• Oversee, grow and collaboration with market unit social media administrators on content creation and social processes
• Strong collaboration with segment owners in public relations planning for social media initiatives
• Adhere to brand guidelines for visual and written content
• Collaborate with company team members, partners and customers across the business segments to develop and execute content and campaigns
• Monitor our customer´s presence on social channels on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube and respond to user requests.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to identify and grow applicable target audiences for each channel
• Keep a pulse on emerging social trends and make sound recommendations for new initiatives
• Review social media analytics using the social media management platform; adjust plan and tactics based on metrics

Marketing Support
• Research and analyze competitor programs and products to provide market intelligence and competitive benchmarking
• Assist team in various marketing efforts relating to content creation

About you
We are looking for a person with experience of Social Media Content Management, junior, mid-level and senior candidates are all welcome to apply. The position is both strategic and operational, meaning you need to appreciate the broad scope of tasks that comes with it. Further, we believe you are self-going, action-oriented, forward-thinking, and analytical - always questioning how and why, providing perspectives and likes to drive change.

To succeed within this position, we believe you also need to be a people person, communicative and have excellent cooperation skills. We also believe you are detail- and processoriented, yet simultaneously have analytical skills and capability to always relate the details to the bigger context. You will need to be fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish proficiency is considered as a plus.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Experience with social media content management.
• Strong communications abilities, both written and verbal
• Detail and process oriented.
• Critical decision making to apply the marketing plan to social media strategy
• Graphic design knowledge preferred

This position is a consultant assignment with start date as soon as possible. The initial assignment period will be ongoing until the end of December 2021. Thereafter, there are great chances the assignment will be prologned, as it is a vacancy today.
