What you'll do
The Digital Communications and Project Manager is responsible for communicating the planning, execution and results related to the digital technology roadmap, supporting delivery of various cross-functional digital projects, and be the business product owner for the Content Hub (Sitecore) application.
The successful candidate for this role will support the current Digital Communications and Project Manager for 1 year by being a champion and grow the awareness of digital marketing methods and programs within Cytiva. They will promote and help to build a transparent, available and collaborative digital marketing function within Cytiva.
Key responsibilities
Carry out communication activities, planning, execution, and results related to the digital technology team’s roadmap.
Supporting delivery of various cross-functional digital projects, including initial business liaison & prioritization, problem exploration, handoff to technical teams and reporting on activity results.
Support localization activities, especially for developments in Asia markets. This includes working with external translation service providers, coordinating software development activities for the regional needs, coordinating training and documentation activities for the regional teams needs for specific systems and processes.
Undertaking all the responsibilities of a business product owner for the Content Hub (Sitecore) application
Lead a small team, provide support and guidance in accordance with a people leader role.
Participate and support software development processes. (Feature and bug reporting, ticket monitoring while updating stakeholders, Testing, post-delivery training and documentation creation and distribution).
Work with customer service and support teams to resolve web related issues by providing guidance, undertaking triage activities, or reporting into the appropriate tools for further support.
Work with relevant teams and collaborators to create, update, distribute training and documentation material for various systems (Content Hub (Sitecore), Hybris, Sitecore, Claytablet etc.) and processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology related, experience or a demonstrable interest in communications principles and practice.
>=3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related discipline, including project management for significant business projects.
· Familiar with Agile methodologies and accompanying tools & terminology (e.g. AHA!, JIRA, Confluence).
Experience leading a small teams and with customer support.
· Ability to interpret and communicate complex technological principles and make them accessible for a non-technical audience.
· Excellent written & oral communications skills and attention to detail.
· English language fluently spoken and written.

Primary software
Content Hub (Sitecore), Hybris, Sitecore, SFDC, AHA!, Claytablet, JIRA, Sharepoint, MS teams, Kapost, LucidChart.
· Secondary Software
Confluence, Kapost, Adobe Analytics, Decibel, Zendesk, Marketo, Oracle ERP, Google Analytics.
· Open to change and constantly scanning the market for new trends.
