Your role

As part of our marketing team at head office, you will work as a Digital Communications Specialist and content creator with focus on digital channels. Your role encompasses responsibility for the entire process, from idea to final production, and involves the use of various media such as text, images and video. The content is primarily created for digital channels such as website, social media and email, and the communication is aimed at both external and internal target audiences. To succeed in this role you need to be a modern and skilled writer and content creator who can support the business in wide-ranging communications assignments. Your activities help to strengthen the company's brand identity and drive the commercial sales process. You belong to the marketing organisation where, together with our product managers and marketing coordinators, you are responsible for product development and marketing internationally.



Your qualifications

You have a university degree or equivalent in communication or journalism, and you are passionate about digital communication and social media. You are interested in and follow the latest developments in the field of communication and digital media. You are a skilled writer with the ability to adapt the tone and content of your communication to different channels and target audiences, and existing knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is viewed as a merit. You are able to express yourself well in English, both verbally and in written form, and it is a plus if you are also fluent in one of the Nordic languages. You are an experienced user of relevant programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud and CMS/publication tools for digital channels, and it is a major plus if you are also skilled in the use of images, video and video editing software.



As an individual, you are solution-oriented, flexible and service-minded. You want to work in an outward-looking role involving contact with customers as well as colleagues, and you find it easy to adapt your work methods to new circumstances. You are able to work constructively under pressure, and you have the ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. You set prestige aside and are an engaged team player who takes an active role in helping to achieve the group's common objectives. You are also an analytical person who willingly accepts responsibility and strives to achieve the best results for both the customer and the company.
