About the job
Reporting to the Director of Knowledge and Enablement, the Digital Community Manager facilitates sharing of perspectives, ideas, experience, and information; ensures they are available in the right place at the right time to enable informed decisions; and to improves efficiency by reducing the need to rediscover knowledge. A principal role within inriver for the development of inriver’s community, the Digital Community Manager creates an environment that encourages and enables high levels of engagement on a weekly and monthly basis from inrivers technical partners, customers, inriverians, and other PIM enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Beeing a subject matter expert for the day to day management of key channels such as the Inriver community.
- Community channel planning - designing and implementing the inriver community three year strategy
- Collaborating with and supporting the Marketing team regarding LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
- Tactical execution of community & social media campaigns using insights and metrics to create, target and deliver great campaigns and measure their outcomes and impacts, in close alignment with the Marketing team
- Manage cross functional stakeholders in the creation and publication of community and social media content
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, community management or social media marketing community
- Fluent in business English
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in related technical field
- Demonstrated track record of managing cross functional stakeholders
- Experience using Google analytics or any social media BI tool
- Highly beneficial if you have experience managing any knowledge and community platforms
