Digital Content Manager for Volvo Pent

To support our customers digital experience and our Dealer network ability to commercialize our offer for the aftermarket, we are now hiring a Digital content manager.
This key role will be instrumental in developing a more professional and timely access to the core relevant content for the Global Parts and Services full offer, to securing our stakeholders Digital Experience.

Digital Sales is a team within Global Parts and Services (GP&S) at Volvo Penta. In this team we are responsible for the global eCommerce sales channel and to secure and channel digital content for the full GP&S assortment. This assortment includes Spare parts, Accessories and Services. In this role you will be working in close collaboration with Product and Services Owners, Market Units and other central functions such as Digital & IT and Brand, Communication and Marketing.
This is how you could make an impact
You will be responsible for establishing and activating digital access to the know-how of benefits and differentiating aspects of Volvo Penta full aftermarket assortment. One of your key responsibility starting up the role will be to establish our digital content management platform. You will collaborate with the Product managers and the Service owners of GP&S to make sure that we have the correct and updated information that will support Volvo Penta sales. You will also use analyses of web traffic and sales data to support you in targeting the key areas for creation and refinement of content.
All with the purpose to secure an attractive and converting customer journey cross Volvo Penta digital channels.
Who are you?
We seek candidates who have worked with digital content management platform (PIM/PLM/DAM etc) for marketing, web and eCommerce purposes and have a creative and solution-oriented approach. You should have a background working in marketing and or communication roles responsible for multimedia content. You are a person who is eager to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and together with colleagues in “Brand, Communication and Marketing” manage the digital content strategy for eCommerce and Web.
We also require:
Fluent in English
Experience of content handling for web, SoMe, articles and video
Deep understanding of content impact on marketing tactics including SEO
Experience of CMS
Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar relevant for this position
